Refund Policy

Effective from: June 21, 2025

At Aarav Driving School, we aim to provide transparency and fairness in our refund process. Please read the policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Admission Fees

The admission fee of ₹500 is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it covers administrative costs and registration.

2. Refund on Course Fees

If a learner decides to discontinue the course after enrollment, the remaining course fee (₹3500 if paid in advance) is refundable based on the following formula:

Refund Amount = ₹3500 ÷ Total Course Days × Pending Working Days
Then 2% tax is deducted from the refund amount.

Example:
If the total course is 15 working days and the learner discontinues after 5 days (10 days pending):
₹3500 ÷ 15 = ₹233.33/day
₹233.33 × 10 = ₹2333.33
2% tax = ₹46.67
Final Refund = ₹2333.33 − ₹46.67 = ₹2286.66

3. Conditions for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only if fees beyond admission have been paid in advance.
• Sessions already attended will be deducted from total course days.
• Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds If:

• Only admission fee is paid.
• The learner completes more than 75% of the course.
• No valid reason or request submitted after course is completed.

6. Important Notes

• Not every learner is eligible for a refund. Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Aarav Driving School.
• Learners are not allowed to leave the course midway without valid and approved reasons. Discontinuing the course on your own does not guarantee a refund.
