By enrolling at Aarav Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our training services.

1. Course Enrollment

• All students must complete the admission form before training begins.
• A non-refundable admission fee of ₹500 is required at registration.

2. Scheduling & Attendance

• Training sessions are scheduled in advance, Monday to Friday only.
• Basic course allows up to 2–3 days leave, Advance allows 1–2 days only.
• Frequent absences without prior notice may result in cancellation of remaining sessions.

3. Safety & Conduct

• Students must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
• Any aggressive behavior or misconduct may result in immediate suspension.
• We reserve the right to cancel a session if the student is found unfit to drive safely.

4. Vehicle & Insurance

• Training is conducted in school vehicles (e.g., i10, Zest,Swift Desire) which are insured.
• Students are not liable for accidental damage during supervised sessions.

5. Certification

Students who complete the course successfully are eligible to receive a free training certificate upon request.

6. Policy Changes

Aarav Driving School reserves the right to modify terms & conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
